September 2025 - Current

Serving as senior technical specialist and Subject Matter Expert for the Level 3 support team, providing escalated technical guidance and mentorship across a team of twelve staff in the APAC region.
Leading the migration of support documentation from SharePoint to Confluence Cloud, encompassing full audit, restructuring, and improvement of the knowledge base to enhance support efficiency.
Designing and delivering technical training workshop sessions for support teams, while contributing to technical diagnosis, troubleshooting, and incident response as required.

Worked directly with the Woolworths Group as Subject Matter Expert, supporting core retail point-of-sale software suite and underlying infrastructure across their six business in Australia and New Zealand.
Performed technical implementation and software support for NCR Voyix products, assisting in the delivery of project enhancements, release deployments, and ongoing business operations.
Delivered internal NCR Voyix projects introducing automation across key technical processes, reducing manual effort across multiple workflows by an estimated 30%

Automation of internal technical processes: I developed a suite of scripts, tools and templates that streamlined repetitive tasks across the team, including post-upgrade verification, technical report generation, and implementation change plans and saving the team hours of manual effort each week.
Cyber Security improvements to software installation processes: I led the redesign of silent install and log file configurations to eliminate plain-text service credentials and strengthen the security posture of Woolworths Group central systems and deployment processes.
Central system upgrades and disaster recovery: I performed production upgrades on critical central systems, managed multiple application environments, and critically, led remediation efforts on disaster recovery events, restoring services and ensuring continuity of operations for critical retail infrastructure.

Performed Level 1 & 2 Support for employees through ticket requests, specialising in requests related to hardware purchasing, configuration and troubleshooting.
Facilitated the installation and operation of audio-visual equipment throughout Nanosonics, including video conferencing systems for office meeting rooms to support hybrid working.
Nominee recipient for the Nanosonics Core Values Award for demonstrating “Innovation”, “Collaboration” and a “Will to Win” throughout day to day operations.

Meeting Room Video Conferencing System Integration: I led, customised and integrated audio-visual equipment to provide a solution that supported hybrid working environments, meeting the company's requirements.
Automation of computer setup to company specifications: I undertook the initiative and created numerous scripts and tools to reduce the time taken to build from a 'blank' laptop to a laptop configured to company specifications by over 75%.
Supported the company-wide project to integrate Microsoft Intune: My role in this company-wide project was to adapt applications used within Nanosonics into a self-service portal for users, allowing users to install applications safely and securely themselves without needing to contact I.T.

Communicate with numerous clients in an agile and adaptive environment to perform various web development tasks on both live and developing websites.
Complete SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) tasks to ensure clients are optimised to increase site traffic on Google Searches and convert traffic into sales.
Delegate tasks and also summarise tasks completed each month. Reports are created from these summaries, and other SEO data is presented to both management and clients.

Movement Matters Website: I worked closely with stakeholders to deliver an online training website for a small business and brought the site from concept to publication within three months.
Worked within a team to create a Shopify template for an e-commerce site, "Ardo": I worked with a small team to create and develop the interface for an e-commerce website. Some examples of my contribution are the resources page and the awards page.
Company PC upgrade: I undertook the lead on the project of upgrading all four PC workstations in the office to improve the efficiency of computers used by Cyrius Media Group. I completed this project from planning to implementation within two weeks.
